Lou Dobbs is saying the memo WAS altered - by the FBI

Lou Dobbs: Our chief correspondent at the White House, John Roberts, telling us that the new version of the memorandum has been altered in some ways by the White House review. Five professional members of the FBI were at the White House to meet with the Chief of Staff John Kelly to got through that.

We have two people at FBI - one who was in the cointel division that should have first hand knowledge - that says it isn't factually inaccurate.

FBI is like any other person or entity accused of wrongdoing - "I was framed!" or "they lied, I didn't do it!"

The credibility of the denials and objections are about as low as any other wrongdoer's, IMO.

Yes, but I really want to know the author of the press release.
Wray goes to see the memo and the next day, McCabe is let go.
No statement at the time that he had concerns, in fact 2 high level FBI say what you say.

Who crafted the late arriving press release yesterday afternoon?
