how is Trump ahead of the Constitution?
He's not, but the fear is that Trump will drive out anyone in his administration who opposes him and replace them with people who will give him a carte blanche.

And given that he's a Hillary supporter and a shill for the so-called "Washington establishment," he should know all about government officials giving cartes blanches to their dear leaders.
