As elmat pointed out.. Along rail/pipe lines in the hinterlands.. Even in Canada that would help many.. I go white water rafting near Ottawa.. From Toronto taking some routes we lose cell completely.. Yet there are many towns.. It's like the argument against highspeed rail along QuebecCity to Windsor corridor.. There is a public good case.. Profit cannot be the only motive.. And Public good brings profit..

J I have been in Toronto about 30 years.. The transit was chit then and is chit now.. They keep applying bandaids because making the hard choices costs too much.. no vision.. same old discussions over and over...

Too expensive don't hunt.. It's like borrowing from payday loans.. but that is the world we live in..

People laughed at the Chinese Ghost Cities.. but forbes.com

Watch Field of Dreams

The Public Good builds wealth.. It simply DOES NOT concentrate it in the old guard..
