Michael,

The issue in my opinion is not whether RMCW has a right to this certificate. The real issue is that no form of alchemy will turn this paper asset into $14 million worth of equity or cash equivalent.

Expect this issue to be aggressively contested as it threatens the very status of MVPH. And while this battle is fought, it cannot be legally carried as a confirmed asset on RMCW or RMIL's books. As Mike Kugler stated, it would be, at best, a future receivable, not an asset that be utilized as collateral or for listing requirements.

I will attempt to reach NASD again today to confirm whether or not Sharpe has filed its 15c2-11. However, all of you should realize that NASD does not have to approve it and filing is no guarantee that the stock will resume trading.

And S&P futures are close to limit down. The Blood continueth to run on Wall Street.... :0|

Regards,

Ron

Weber,
Like you said, its' a no-brainer, OIMO, its' the 'foundation' to Kuglers contentions that RMIL is a 'scam'....this is an issue he felt so strongly about that he called me at work! Now..., IMO, the foundation of his contentions is crumbling away, and his lies and fabrications are choking him. Did you see last night 's lies about FEDERAL CASES and a 'seperate' case filed in Calif. ( other than the one filed in the superior court )...just for "Calif. residents"?
He's a dying fish contorting himself on dry land. The MVPH/PRTI scenario is coming back to haunt him.....what goes around, comes around!
