Longnshort, did the dems use false information and lie to the FISA court to try to over turn the election ? Of course they did, just like they did with the "fake but accurate" memo in 2004. It's all part of the fake news cycle, before "fake news" even became a thing. Come up with lies, leak it to the media, leak it to authorities, but do it in a way that gives you plausible deniability. It's only "treason" if it's the other side that does it. Or if public opinion turns heavily against you. Only then is it "treason." Up until that point, it's just partisan politics as usual.
