Brian,

I expect the January Effect to kick in starting this week or the
next week as funds see terrific values in the markets. Selective
stocks should benefit greatly, hopefully AMAT should be one. I'm
still projecting around $36 by 1st Q earnings announcement. Asian
markets should be near their lows, IMHO. Japan, however, is the
key, I'm expecting some more failed banks or investment firms to
be announced in the next month or so. I believe that we are getting
close to the Chinese new year and may have some bearing on why
Asian stocks/markets have been performing so poorly recently. Kind
of like our end of year close out of the books that we suffered
thru in Dec.

Almost pulled the trigger this AM but decided to observe some more
and wait for INTC and MOT and others to "give guidance". If INTC
is even a bit positive we wiil see a tech rally, IMO and AMAT may
go to $30-31, if INTC is flat or negative then maybe AMAT will
go down $1-2 from here, but I think we are very close to a bottom
for AMAT at this time for the next 9 months or so.

Good Investing and Go Bronco's,

BB
