Looking at another point of view may be valid in this case. I really have to wonder about the 1/3 selling of fab share. Fab value came in well below estimates and timing is questionable considering the current Asian crisis (not exactly buy low/sell high, as least I hope not!). On the horizon includes a couple of bad quarters, inventory writeoffs, and lawsuits. Paying for these things and GJ's salary seems more likely than an acquisition. I can think of an easy 400K savings right off the bat. The conference call shall be interesting to say the least, anybody got a date for that? Mark.
