In 2013, three Russian spies tried to recruit Carter Page as a Kremlin asset. The FBI charged all three, deporting two with diplomatic immunity and imprisoning the third. Page was told what happened, and yet he kept trying to get in touch with the Kremlin. Why did Donnie take him on as an advisor? He had nothing to recommend him other than his eagerness to be an intelligence source for Russia spies. Personally, I think Page was recommended to the Traitor's campaign by Russian intelligence. Even after firing Page, Trumpty may have stayed in contact with Page by phone, which is likely the reason for the "Obama has been wire tapping me in Trump Tower" claim. Trump wasn't wiretapped but Page was so anything the Trumpty said incriminating over the phone to Page would be picked up. Someday we'll know.
