This contract seems more like a test. Anyone have any idea how many QCore(s), QCell(s) and QCT-1000 one can get for $10 million?

Wouldn't 250,000 WLL phones be worth at least $100 million. At $500 per subscriber, $10M get's you 20,000 subscribers. A good start, I guess. However the real winner is the one who gets the order for the next 220,000 subscribers.
