China and Apple are stealing my intellectual property which is a few steps worse than just copying good ideas. Apple is subject to USA laws so that should be resolved when an ignorant jury gives their uninformed low intelligence decision or a judge does similarly. China just steals.

I am hoping Big Don imposes huge tariffs to inflict punishment.

Qualcomm should do like Apple and allow no licensing.
