Marcie,

End of year tax selling reminded me of the game limbo that was played in the Carribean when I vacationed there...how low can you go!

Sorry for the delayed response. I recently got involved in small city politcs and city council. The public works department indirrectly constructed a three lane road in front of my house and then I found out that they secretly put a lien on my property for $40,000. I attended the first City Council meeting in which I challenged the $40,000 (wanted to see the invoives/payments etc..). They postponed the approval vote for yesterdays meeting. In the meantime they realized that they could not bill me for the outside lane since it was not on my property (my propert extends to the center of the road) so they charged me for two lanes of 339 feet which was 21,000. I argued if the original bill was 66,000 and now its 21,000 they owner on the other side owes you the difference. (the third is three times the lenght of my lane). Since you refuse to bill the owner on the other side of road how can you bill me. Well they did to the vote of 9 to 0.
What I did not tell you was prior to them billing me I refused to grant them an easement. They say it is no connection. So I am the only individual in my city that is being billed for the construction cost of a road. So I guess I just won a "reverse" lottery.

<on topic> I use the cologne and think highly of it.
I remember reading from the begining of this thread that this stock traded much higher. If it not to much trouble can you recap why this stock was trading much higher than it does now. TIA

BTW, did you get hit with the bad weather in the NW
