Nope it is called orders from the compliance dept. It is not open to discussion. They don't like liabilities. I will be their way or the highway.
It sort of limits the 1st Amendment Rights whether they like it or not.

If Everen and other brokerages deem it too risky to allow brokers to openly post on SI, then IMO everyone suffers. Mike Kugler, whether people agree with him or not about RMIL, has imparted a lot of information that I think everyone has learned from. The information he and others have given regarding the mechanics of the market has been valuable to everyone. IMO, if brokers cannot post, it will be a serious blow to the knowledge we all gain from shared information.
