President Treason is also jealous of Putin. He would love to be able to have critics beaten to death and his political opponents banned from running against him like his Kremlin Master does.

He may think if he can fire everyone in the FBI who takes their oath seriously and keep only those who will swear personal loyalty to him, he can make it into his very own KGB.
