Could be, but if looking for income and not just a bigger portfolio, I believe the market offers opportunities. Market loved Ds October earnings, after already running up in to them, taking it from $80 to $85. The latest adds in his IRA were in D. Average cost is $76.55. Probably a blip on the screen if investing for someone that has thirty years until retirement, but not as much for someone older.
