Mindmeld, I don't think the so-called "conspiracy" against Trump amounts to anything more than insider politics. It's no secret that most people in Washington hate Trump. Heck, the entire D.C. metropolitan area is deep blue. (Longnshort can attest to that.) The reason for that should be obvious. Washington, D.C. thrives on big government. Democrats, and to a lesser extent "establishment" Republicans, are friends of big government politics. Hence it really doesn't shock me when people in the FBI go after Trump with way too much zeal than they should. It's also the same reason why Hillary got away without any indictments for her e-mail shenanigans. The only question these days is who Americans distrust more: big government or Trump. That's actually a really tough question, given Trump's temperament. Tenchusatsu
