My buys were adds to UPS, ENB, KMI and a small first purchase of KIM in one account.

I think I am going to sell NWL as well, just not comfortable in the disposition plan. I am not sure - now adding higher interest rates in addition to the issues in retail RE. I do think that KIM management is doing a good job and the stock trades below NAV.

Dean Foods Company (DF) - another add of 25% to DF.

Company is earning money, selling at 10.79 PE, now pays a 4% dividend. Problem is little to no growth in earnings due to no pricing power in milk prices (until dairy herds are reduced). CEO said their transportation costs increasing (now GIS sees same thing).

With little short term pricing power and increasing costs, stock selling at 10 year low. Stock getting close to BV of $7.20/share.

Still at only a 70% position in DF but I would be rather adding at higher prices.
