Dupi and Pral come at numbers that I was expecting/calculating, the only unknown is Eylea ex-US sale, but that may be bit better than consensus,...so expect that REGN will post better than expected EPS (~4.5, now that does not count or help at all). However (per JPM): U.S. * Dupixent reported 4Q WW sales of €118M/$139M (€116M/$137 in US), which came in considerably higher than REGN-compiled consensus/JPMe $122M * Patients: >33,000 patients were prescribed Dupixent cumulatively since launch (out of the identified target population of 300,000 moderate to severe AD pts in US). A DTC campaign is planned for 2018 that could serve to increase patient awareness * Physicians: 8,500 physicians in the US had prescribed Dupixent and ~60% of these docs had at least 2 patients on treatment. SNY believes that there’s an opportunity to increase that amount of dupi treated patients per physician and plans to focus on prescriber depth in 2018> How the Facxx is this possible, 33K pts cumulative? First BNRx (subject that actually fill new Rx and buy drug ) is two initial NRx for Dupi (double dose, double NRx), and this NBRx was on average ~520/w for last 24-28 weeks,....indicating that for 3Q/4Q about 13K AD pts initiated therapy, which is 4.6% of the 280K AD pts estimated to be candidate. This is WAY TOO LOW for BKT new biologic? So, dear fellow SH (IF there is ANY), what is WRONG? What is wrong with Dupi, or what is wrong in my "painting"???
