Shades: Hellooo. Good to see you posting again. I answered similarly, but SI is so messed up, you may have missed my post. I really don't think that there can be any negative impact on water. It's like air. I sure wish G-d gave me the franchise for that one. al

I agree totally, commodity items are near worthless when things are going fine, but when crisis sets in and your very survival is at stake they become valuable,
if anything whoever controls the water over there is about to have some powerful bargaining power.
