This official goes on TV and makes this claim, yet even today, almost two years after the fact, the states that were supposedly targeted don't have specific threat details. She claims, of course, that clearances are NOW being processed. Other states are also saying that they're still waiting for cybersecurity help, but this official only gives some vague assurance that the DHS will get to everyone. This is what big government looks like, Sharkie. They can't even tie their own shoes without getting government clearance.
