Text of the Joel Brinkley NYT article related to Zenith:

"Zenith also announced a new partnership, this one with Intel Corp. Together the two companies will build digital television receiver chip sets for personal computers. And Zenith, historically the last manufacturer to embrace new technologies, is trying to be first this time. The company says it will sell its first high-definition television receiver in May - a $6,000 receiver and tuner box that will work with many existing projector sets."

Somebody should clue Brinkley in that Zenith invented the remote control, VSB transmission standard and has hundreds of other TV patents. Also, reports are that Zenith will be selling the HDTV receiver in March and the 64" projection model in August. See earlier LGE story on Zenith. The INTC partnership can be very big for Zenith. Looking forward to getting more details.
