Others suggest swinging a cat above your head in a counter-clockwise motion. It's reportedly especially effective during a full moon.

I swim a mile three times a week and I haven't had a flu or cold for decades. You just need to swim more often.

Flu is not affected antibiotics.. It is viral .. However I agree with you on the benefits of garlic it will certainly treat secondary infections that are bacterial so yes you can never have too much garlic

Actually I just did a quick check.. apparently garlic does have some antiviral qualities also so I thank you for the Post I just learned something
