Regarding the "foreign investors" that Oilex sold the most recent onvertible debentures to, is there any way to track down the wise investors in (or should I say, lucky purchasers of) these securities? I think that the purchasers may not be as "foreign" as we are being led to believe, but that is just a hunch.
