Eric, the new relationship with Heartsoft's Investment Bank (we have not released the name yet) will provide several benefits to the company and its shareholders. 1) As we move forward, the will begin to make an active market in the stock. To date we have had no proactive traders who have traded the stock with any long term goals in place - infact, the stock has "floated sideways to downward" when volume is low - the started supporting a little on Monday and the stock seemed to firm up a few cents. With increased interest by new and existing shareholders, the stock should move more logically based upon true trading volume. 2) As we grow the need for stable and reliable long tern financing instruments must be made available (far exceeding our past resources) so we can leverage the company grow - this new firm will help in these area also. 3) There are tens of thousands of BB stocks - very few have reliable and sizeable Investment Bankers helping to move the company to new levels as it is ready. This soon to be release firm will help in all these areas. It will be a great asset as we begin to release the news about the school districts who are adopting Thinkology district wide. and finally, about NASDAQ application. As much as I like to push good news on SI - I equally tell it like it is even when its not the "best" news - NASDAQ increased their listing requirements by 50% to $6 million gross and $4 million net for new listings. Obviously, we won't be their for a while - We do plan on applying to a region exchange, (Chicago, Pacific, Boston, Phily, etc) perhaps this summer. This issue doesn't seem to be a pressing issue with our investment banker - they feel that concentrating on the release of Thinkology and the fundamentals it will generate will take of these items in time. At 50 cents a share - investors don't need a NASDAQ listing to make money a 50 cent to $1.00 move is a 200% ROI. Hope this helps - Benjamin
