FactCzecher, a while back I had suggested Bertrand was in a tough position for signing off willy nilly on the stuff Le Gris and Arnold were pulling ........... but it is now apparent that Bertrand and a council member (who shall remain unnamed for the time being) have had enough of the misconduct that is all too apparent when looking at the manner in which they have dealt with Canada Carbon Inc and the procedural impropriety regarding the companies CPTAQ file.

Le Gris and Arnold can try to avoid the courts but it is now impossible for them to negate the damage they have caused.

RSCorky goes to the lengths of accusing Bruce Duncan of bribery. Since it is known who RSCorky is ......... Bruce Duncan can take care of that how he sees fit.

It appears there is now a criminal element injected into this through RSCorky's rhetoric and it's RSCorky that it applies to.
