The crash isn't limited to just the US. Global markets took a $5.2 trillion hit. The S&P lost $2.7 trillion.

When GDP comes out we'll have to discount the $1 trillion deficits that create the illusion of growth. Can the gop go any length of time without causing another economic collapse? We'll see. Most likely not. They can't admit they make mistakes so they repeat them.
