Roger,
I wanted to bring to your attention that Dreyfus/Mellon Bank announced on January 15th that they have increased their stake in Bentley to 11.16%. I also found it noteworthy that Michael McGovern, Bentley's newest board member, has purchased another 25,000 shares bringing his holdings to 602,000 shares. The company appears to be developing a following.
Best Regards,
Robert W.

Roger,

I was surprised by some of the changes that I found today while looking at a list of Bentley's institutional shareholders. A number of new institutions are on board while others have added to their previously announced positions. I noticed that The Dreyfuss Co. now holds more than 13% of the outstanding stock, up from 11%. Moreover, positive money flow into the stock continues at a very high rate which bodes extremely well. I will make a list of some of the newcomers as well as the recent changes and post them later this week.

Best Regards,
Robert W.
