Yes SMARTIN!!! BUT ZAPARA ISN'T NAMED IN THAT CASE!!! Kugler says there is another!! WHAT FEDERAL CASE NAMES ZAPARA? HE also says theres is a civil case for Calif. residents which names Zapara...where is it!!! The only FEDERAL CASE , is the one that DOESN'T NAME ZAPAra!!! pUGS
