They are market makers. The people you sell to or buy from. I don't know what firm QTMG is, it's the first time I've ever seen them, on FIBR or any stock. I used to know MASH's name, but I've lost my list of mm symbols. MASH has been an active FIBR mm at least since I've been watching. QTMG has disappeared evidently having sold what they had to sell, but MASH is still bidding. Nothing really unusual is going on right now. NITE (Knight securities) and FSCO (Fiero Bros) on the ask.
