2018-02-19 @ 235-pounds . . . did I tell you how good I feel ?!!!?
I even added another morning of English Muffins with my breakfast .. now Wednesday and Friday mornings!
THREE pounds down this week! . . I even had handfuls of peanuts and potato-chips one night.
THE KEY is not eating any more after dinner .. fasting each day for 13- or 14- hours . . 8pm - 10am for me.
The previous week when I was getting to know how my body reacts to different foods and eating times,
I noticed that even when I ate the exact same good foods, when I ate something later at night instead of stopping at 8pm, the next day I would usually GAIN a pound!
SO . . smart eating (no grains, starches, or sugars) and NO eating after a regular-timed dinner.
THESE are the keys to losing weight .. for me anyway.
