Strong performance by the markets today when seen in the
context of Europe and Asia carnage. This must be encouraging
and shows that we could be in for a strong 1998 IMHO

Wiz, sorry to hear about your problems. I had the same one at that time. SI and Bell Atlantic did me in. I could not post for a period of time. I am trying to reply as fast as I can now. I guess that SI problem is not fixed after all.

As far as you being right, I am glad. I remember agreeing with you. So now we are both right. I don't want to be too hung up on that Superbowl indicator but at this point I take anything. It has worked most of the time and we do need something that works. gg.

About those markets hitting bottom already. We are being asked to start nibbling. Games people play!!! Maybe I will try a country fund when the time comes. But right now I am looking for downbeaten stocks here. Are you going to nibble?
