As a shareholder of RMIL, and long-time reader of this thread, I am alarmed at what I see as a significant degeneration in the quality of the posts here recently. The thread has largely turned into a morass of name-calling and false accusations, led by Pugs, Weber, and Kugler. A primary example is Pugs' posts calling Kugler a "liar," and attempting to prove it through asserting that there is no "federal case" against RMIL (post 36117). In fact, Pugs turned our to be wrong, because there is in fact a federal case filed against RMIL by Mork/Magellan. My point is that repeatedly calling someone a liar does not make it so. If you think someone is lying, post the FACTS, and let them speak for themselves. If your facts are true, its not necessary to reinforce them by accusations against others. For example, Kugler's posts have been most effective when he presents FACTS, since most of the facts he has presented have proven accurate when checked out by others. However, lately I find myself skipping most of Kugler's posts, since he has fallen into the name-calling game, and has fallen away from what he does best, which is verifiable DD. For what its worth, my short take on this situation is that as an investment, RMIL is currently overvalued. As a short squeeze, however, it is undervalued. If I were holding RMIL as an investment, it would be my personal decision to bail out at the earliest opportunity, perhaps buying in when the price reached a value more closely related to the current balance of assets/liabilities/future potential earnings. However, I bought into RMIL basically as a gamble, spending only so much money as I would put on a Las Vegas craps table. If the short squeeze materializes, I will happily cash in. If it does not, then I will kick myself for buying into the hype, but ultimately, it was my personal investment decision, and I won't be pointing fingers at anyone but myself. You're lying, there is no FEDERAL case, you're shaking shares...otherwise, why did you lie? You said there was a second case filed in CALIF. for CALIF. residents that names Zapara........where is it? Zapara is Morks' scapegoat and they turn out to be polo pals!!! You're lying! Why?, to shake shares...You tell me, why did you make this stuff up? " this should be good"
