<Why aren't the officers scooping up this stock at its current bargain basement price since they are committed to it reaching $24 in 3 years? >

Sandie,

Good point. The same, though, could be said of other companies; I often go looking for companies with a lot of insider buying and I just haven't found any. I can remember around a year ago when the head of Sybase bought quite a bit of stock and it was mentioned in the weeklies, but their stock has languished. It did help in the short run, but that was about it. I'll just take the small insider trading in PSInet as positive, however if you care to compare it more to a "one cent tip" at a restaurant, that would be understandable. The future of cable modems, wireless cable, and last but not least, the overall markets are more of a concern to me, though.

Take care,
Dave
