But, that boar is anything but boring if he's hungry. In USA we have deaths every year from these adorable creatures. The fact that they/yours are dumpster diving ( which is never seen in USA bears yes, hogs never) just goes to show, that their territory is encroached, thus they have adapted.

In our area, small dogs and cats become easy prey for them that live that way. broad daylight kills are common sights, night time kills are broadcast by horrific screams, annoying barks turn into silence.

Hogs are omnivores they will eat anything...including anything that is smaller than them trapped in a sequestered area.

a wild boar is never safe for humans without a gun.
