What is the difference? He ruled as a dictator and the economic policies were his, not a socialist government.

Which is what started this discussion.

If you rule as a dictator you are a dictator! A rose by any other name is still a rose!

Chavez, who has been dead for five years, was not a dictator, according to Human Rights Watch. He was a democratically elected authoritarian. Of course, you don't know the difference between the two. And you don't know anything about socialism.
