Started a position in XLE this morning. For the most part it appears one is buying the top 10 holdings. They make up a large percentage. Holding MMP & EPD.
I believe things will look different come summer.

AMRS - yes the revenue growth looks great, but their financials and balance sheet look terrible. I don’t know why they finance themselves via high interest debt, that is a big problem for an upstart.

Two things one notices about AMRS ....

Their Balance Sheet shows "Negative Equity" ... that is a state of 'Technical Bankruptcy'.

Secondly, they are Losing Money at their EBITDA level ... that shows that their Cost of Sales plus their SG&A Expenses Exceed their Operating Revenue. If a company can't make money at that level they have a major problem ....

And the state of its Financial Affairs appears to be reflected in its Weekly Chart.
Needless to say, the followers of Ben Graham's version of Value Investing may feel that the share cannot go much lower, so an upturn should be in the offing .... Well, "time will tell" .... I can't see anyone following Warren Buffett's financial strategy looking at AMRS with enthusiasm ....
