B-Man check Quixote or QUIX for CD manufacturer, was there
thinking that would be a growth opportunity, but turns out
it's become a commodity, low low margins.

White Shoes, AATI announced another 12+ million contract,
things are looking good, backlog is now probably over 500mill

Later, TOM

B-MAN,

Check Out ZOMX,Zomax. They have been profiting when others in the industry are in a down turn. They have great management and have won an environmental award for their operation. They have just purchased glass mastering equipment that will allow them to master CD's and DVD's.

ZOMX IPO'd May 1996. They have been profitable almost all quarters since then. Last quarter was earnings of .09 per share. They have a market cap of 49million and have 4.5 million shares issued. They have an extremely low float of 62,840 shares. I bought this one in May on a dip at 5.25 and am no longer in due to a need for cash. I took my profit and ran. Current price 11 5/8.

This industry tends to be dominated by the big players they have their own facilities. Sony, Etc... Of the small players this one seems to be doing things right and hitting the niche.

Regards,

Milkman
