When it happens twice in 18 months it's hard to make the argument that management is doing their job by performing due diligence prior to heading into Phase III trials (with associated expenses). They should have a better sense of the range of results, especially when it's as easy to test and obtain data as it is with an IV formulation of an antibiotic.
