Especially in the next Vegas-type scenario. Full auto doesn't do a lot with a six round mag. There will be a next Vegas-type scenario, since congress has done NOTHING about those devices.

I wouldn't say smaller capacity could NEVER made a difference, but the reality is that changing out a magazine takes a second. Probably less for some. As you pointed out, there are numerous other events which tend to end these things, mostly, the shooter getting killed, I think. It just doesn't matter in most cases. I can't really think of an instance where it has, although it is possible there are some occurrences of it.
