My problem with disks is that they are a commodity with easy entry for competitors. There is a bootleg CD-ROM factory in Bulgaria which set up quickly and ships all over the world. If Bulgarians can do it, I figure almost anyone can. So can the Chinese.

Bill Gates agrees with you about set-top boxes though I'm not convinced I want to surf on my TV. Convergence could bring whole new dimensions, however.
