You'd think so but every time something like this happens the noise is so great around gun control that nothing else is ever considered....and since any more gun control than already exists is a non-starter, nothing gets done and it all starts over again when the next shooting occurs. After establishing some effective protections, we need to consider better controls on violence in games, movies and now TV. I can't believe the shit I see on TV these days.
