but it is intuitively obvious when there are 300 million guns in this country and a true ban requires a constitutional amendment, it isn't a viable option to solve a murder problem. Wrong....It is intuitively obvious that removing or reducing significant numbers of those guns that killings will go down.....in the meantime live with your' thoughts and prayers"... And a constitutional amendment is not required...just some gutsy legislators.....
