Hi Richard, The utes look like they are starting to head down in earnest. Thought this might encourage some to buy reits instead. But some of the reits look a little tired and heavy too at current prices. I sold a few of my "mail box money" reits, and was wondering what your take on the reit market is so far this year. I bought some RA which I have always wanted to own. Other then that, I can't find any plays that look good to me. Would appreciate you take on the reit market so far in 98. I'm looking to reduce my long term positions and do more trading in 98. Don't want to be holding big positions if we turn down in a market correction. FWIW, my cycle work has turn down both short and intermediate term. Best regards...George
