His approach is - you gotta go slow to go fast. As a Marine infantry captain, his reputation was tough as nails, a leader, and a man of great courage.

I think he's just laying the ground work. Indicting the Russian hackers first was perfect....drawing all of the Trumpenfuehrer's fire from the White House. I would reckon he hasn't brought out the big stuff yet. He's slowly cutting off the ring and all the Trumpies are starting to flail.

That's a great metaphor. And it does seem to be making him nuttier- that attack on Oprah was beyond bizarre. And even some Trump humper families have a woman in the house who likes Oprah. She's a hero to many women for tackling subjects like sexual abuse. It's clear from his thumbs up happy face pictures Scrotus has no clue how to behave as a president (and that Studio 54 party was incredibly stupid as well.) As Scrotus spins out of control, and his revolving white house personnel revolves more, and his policies slither around, his followers- who hitched their wagon to a turd- will become more and more desperate as the turd circles the toilet bowl. More fun to come.
