Now that racism isn't a deal breaker for republicans or the tea party I can't imagine a reasonably smart Democrat running for office and simply calling them what they are - unfit for any office due to racism.

There are going to be lots of people going forward who don't like the shadow of "Traitor" hanging over them by identifying with the GOP.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Tea Party makes a run at establishing a new party to ditch the GOP brand.
