Hi Nathan,

I would need one or two solid closes above 7700-7750. This would show me that the sell off was only a hiccup. The DOW met it's first pitchfork objective. A rally would be fine for a day or two. It could keep going, but I'm suspicious at this point.

BTW, better than 3 out of 4 outside weekly reversals forcast prices to continue in the direction of the reversal. An average of a 37% rise in prices over about ten weeks for a bullish reversal and about a 13% decline in about six weeks for a bearish one. If this hold true this time, then we're looking at a possible test of about 6700 within the next 5 weeks or so. Hey, I could be wrong. Besides, what do I know, I just follow my indicators and hope that human nature doesn't change much in the near term.
