Just for the record, had it not been for Ken Starr bringing out Clinton's definition of "sexual relations", millions of Americans would still believe that "sexual relations" INCLUDED oral sex. And we still wouldn't know what the meaning of the word "is" is.

Clinton was technically correct, as oral and/or anal 'sex' will never produce offspring. Lane3 and I are into word precision.
