Tonto,

I may be mistaken about Arias. I do know that he was involved in a meeting in NYC during the height of the discussions. Haven't taken the time to verify whether or not he actually served. But I do know that he didn't stick around long.

I couldn't blame him... And I certainly don't blame the loyal shareholders of that company who believed(with some reason, I submit), that RICA could have gained a following in the US marketplace.

BTW, I spoke with another nice gentleman at NASD's OTC compliance office this afternoon. He stated that there have been no 15c2-11 applications submitted today.

He also expressed significant doubts that any application would be approved without the company's public SEC filings being up to date. He stated that the Mmkrs must be utilizing the same information that is publically filed in making their application.

Thus... it is reasonable to assume that RMIL will need to bring all of its relevant filings, 10Q/K's up to date and properly filed with the SEC.

Even then, this gentleman opined that it may require weeks to months before the stock returns to trading. He stated that he he had several applications dating back at least 6 months, and one at least 2 years in age.

So sit back and relax everyone. Looks like Riley and Pugs will be found to be in error once again.

Are we starting a trend here???

Regards,

Ron
