In Texas, they'd let the HS kids get shot before they shifted funds from their new football stadium to pay for them not to get shot. So, it's just totally unworkable.

I would say the student loan program is the most deserving of having its money subsumed into other programs. It needs to be abolished anyway, this would be a great way of doing it.

I was really referring the public subsidizing professional stadiums as in the nonsense that has been going on in Dallas and other places for decades.
