But there are a lot of small things that can be done. Most of which would have little in the way of positive effect and/or would be rather intrusive have noticeable negative effects. Nor is the apparent expectation that everyone has to give up their rights to engage in activities and moving around without being killed by someone who has anger issues and a gun. No one is expected to give up such a right. People have a right to do that. The question is the practicality of doing that. The practical chance of moving around without being murdered has been increasing and not because they are fewer guns around.
