Yeah, that will be the interesting one. Can individuals own AI/automated gun systems for defense against humans with guns? Could the State massively deploy AI/automated gun systems as a defense against humans with guns?

Note all our winger friends here on SI think the solution to the 2'nd Amendment problems is to make TSA become rampant in our lives. Why not dispense with all the TSA intrusion in our lives and just have an active system that eliminates anyone misbehaving with a gun? That way its only the gun nuts who are impacted by guns. They can own them if they want, and won't be able to misbehave with them, so the only impact on the rest of us is the expense to implement the system, which while it could be quite high, at least solves the problem without taking the toys away from the nuts.
